Biography

Hello! I am Zhuoran Fu, you can call me Justin. I am pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of York, United Kingdom, specializing in Software & Systems Engineering. I am passionate about software development, machine learning, and data science.

I am currently a Research Intern under the supervision of Dr. Pengcheng Liu, his group works on robotics, machine learning, applied control, and bio-inspiration & biomimetics—including underactuated robotic systems, neural network–based tracking control, bio-inspired trajectory planning and control, and related topics at the intersection of control engineering and AI.

I have hands-on experience in full-stack web development, game development, and data science. I work with languages such as Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript; front-end and backend frameworks including React, Vue, Node.js, and Flask; and tools like Git, Docker, and common ML/data stacks (e.g. pandas, NumPy). I also developed Tally Drop, an Android app for personal finance, with a web version available at the same link. I enjoy turning ideas into working systems and tackling problems end-to-end.
